Business Unit Manager

We are currently experiencing a significant increase in inquiries from corporate clients, and we are seeking someone to join us as a manager in our System Integration (SI) division, responsible for assigning and managing the progress of our development team’s projects.
Responsibilities:
  • Overall promotion and management of contract system development
  • Negotiation and coordination with business partners
  • General guidance, development, and management of developers in the department
  • Planning of departmental strategies, cooperation with other departments
  • Technical support for all departments within the company
  • Compliance within the department and operations of ISO
  • You will also be involved in the planning and development of new products and services in new fields.

Experience and abilities

Sales

  • More than 1 year of experience in SES sales and corporate sales.
  • We welcome individuals with communication skills and those who want to experience organizational

Division Manager

  • At least 5 years of experience in a management position in a development department in an IT related company
  • Experience in system development
  • Good communication skills.
  • Experience in organizational expansion.

Types of employment Full-time employee / Contract employee
Salary (Example) Sales: Annual income of more than 3.98 million yen.
Division Manager: Annual income of more than 4.40 million yen.
Bonus (Example) Available (Depending on the performance of the company)
