Responsibilities: Overall promotion and management of contract system development Negotiation and coordination with business partners General guidance, development, and management of developers in the department Planning of departmental strategies, cooperation with other departments Technical support for all departments within the company Compliance within the department and operations of ISO You will also be involved in the planning and development of new products and services in new fields.

Salary (Example)	Sales: Annual income of more than 3.98 million yen. Division Manager: Annual income of more than 4.40 million yen.
